Jasmine Cottage, Devon, UK

This project involved a meticulous renovation of a historic 1850s two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage, working closely with the Natural History Preservation Association to secure planning permission for the transformation. Respecting the building’s listed status, we carefully preserved its heritage while expanding its potential. Through a complete gut renovation and a seamless two-story extension, we transformed the cottage into a luxurious three-bedroom, three-bathroom home. The space was maximized with modern upgrades, including underfloor heating, a custom staircase, and an open-concept kitchen and dining area. This project successfully blended historic charm with contemporary luxury, creating a unique and functional space.
