In this ground-up project, we faced the challenge of clearing 150 tons of earth to make way for a custom design. One of the key tasks was engineering a robust retaining wall to ensure the property’s stability against the highway behind.
We also converted the existing garage into a luxurious primary bedroom, seamlessly integrating it into the home’s design. Additionally, we extended the balcony above, enhancing the outdoor space with a custom glass handrail and durable Trex decking, offering both beauty and functionality. The garage was fully equipped with amenities, giving the homeowner the option to convert it into a separate living space or single dwelling in the future. This project beautifully blends structural innovation with thoughtful design to create a versatile and stylish home.
